I've just gone from 1.1 to -current as of about a week or two ago.
(HW: Cyrix 686, pci, dec450 net card, aic7870 scsi, trio64 vid card)

We had a crash on a sparc (sunos) on our network that supplies
both yp and nfs to whe NetBSD box.  This caused a panic a moment later.

panic: vm_map_entry_create: out of map entries

Does anyone know anything more about this?
