LILO allows you to name each option as almost anything you like.  It 
should be possible to make it chain a NetBSD partition.  The technical
and user manual supplied with the lilo dist goes into great detail
and should allow any reasonably technically minded individual (i.e.
90% unix system admin with their hands tied behind their backs) to
suss it out.

PS If I had a linux box kicking around I would try it, but I only have
NetBSD/i386 now ;-)
