   The third one is your BusLogic.  The BusLogic PCI cards "masquerade" as 
   ISA devices, so you probably saw a bt<somthing> at isa0 earlier in the 
   boot process.  You can safely ignore that one, too.

I didn't get a bt<something> earlier, hence the problems with no hard
drive configured.  Your note, however, did prompt me to change the
BusLogic bios to enable the ISA port.  I didn't realize it was treated
as an ISA card.  Now all works fine.
