Yes, it does, but the NT "boot manager," such as it is, runs from a FAT
(or NTFS)  filesystem.  I'm not aware of any out-of-the-box way to boot
NetBSD in this scenario.  Also, NetBSD doesn't have a boot manager,
either.

The good news is that you can use any of several off-the-shelf boot
selectors, such as BOOTEASY, OS-BS, or even LILO.  You should be able to
find these fairly easily, and last I looked I think I saw one or two of
them on ftp.netbsd.org (and mirrors).
