Subject: ncr0:0 ERROR: anybody know how to decode?

I got three of these in the past day:

Jun 20 05:04:25 pattern /netbsd: ncr0:0: ERROR (80:14) (0-a7-80) (8/13) @ (c8c:50000000).
Jun 20 05:04:25 pattern /netbsd: script cmd = 740a8700
Jun 20 05:04:25 pattern /netbsd: reg: da 10 80 13 47 08 00 1f 35 00 80 a7 80 00 07 02.

Can anybody suggest how to decode this? Is the trailing 0 in 'ncr0:0'
the scsi target number? What do the remainder of the numbers mean?
(the comments in /sys/dev/pci/ncr.c are a bit sparse)
