Adaptec or BusLogic.  Personally, I currently prefer BusLogic, but
many others prefer Adaptec.  See their respective web pages.  Don't
buy the BusLogic FlashPoint cards -- they're brand new and there
aren't drivers for them yet.  The current BusLogic driver is rock
solid, though some say it can be slightly slower than the Adaptec
driver.  The Adaptec driver can be buggy under heavy load, but bug
fixes are reportedly in the works.
