I've compiled my world with pgcc -O2 and all seems fine.

I haven't played too much with the -mpentium as opposed to -m386
flags.

I patched the direct 2.7.2 source tree, ran the gcc-to-netbsd script
on the tree, and then did a diff against the netbsd 2.7.2 gcc to find
the few files where people have done other modifications (why?).

I could tar the tree if anyone else wanted to play with pgcc on their
pentium box.
