Yes, I see a lot of these as well.

This particular system is a 486/50 with an isa-based i/o card that has
a 16550AFN chip (socketed).  It is driving a 28.8k modem at a blazing
26400bps.  During times of heavy modem traffic, the silo overflows start
kicking out syslog messages.

Since I'm not about to reboot the system anytime soon, I'm not overly
worried about it, though.
