I've got a regular old startech multi-I/O asic... (no fd, no wd)
I think it's just a 16550 thang.  I also think NetBSD should probably
reset these devices to their default power-up state (fifos disabled)
before rebooting.  I didn't mean to make it sound like this was a new
problem.  Been around since I got the 16550's :)

Hey, maybe this could be my Device Drivers 101 experiment I was looking for.
