It appears that something recently broke DAC output on the GUS driver.
I get garbage noise now rather than something useful.  Alas, I don't
know when I last had a working DAC driver on the GUS.

The obvious thing to look at, the isa dma changes recently, appear to
have been made correctly.  However, I did get a bunch of random crashes
when fiddling with audio code that perhaps indicates the dma stuff is
still not quite right.  (Or that could just have been the NCR 53c810 PCI
driver going flaky again).

Anybody have ideas?
