I tried to build an install floppy for myself last night.  It didn't
work on the first attempt, because the INSTOTHER kernel has grown so
much that it won't fit on the floppy image.

I got it to fit by eliminating DIAGNOSTIC and KTRACE.  Is that a
reasonable choice?  Should I send-pr this?
