Has anyone considered a driver for this card?

I've got one for a week or so as a possible replacement for the
1542 I've got now.  *sigh*

In any case, I've hacked up something to use the aic7xxx code which
is used by the PCI side of the world.  It seems like this should work
for the vlb card as well.  I think.  :)

In any case, the probe fails with ``Unknown'' board type 0x0f, which
isn't supposed to be a legal value.  I have the board at io address
0x1c00, in case that makes a difference.

Anyhow, back to hacking.  :)
