That makes no sense.  I have not described such problems.  I am using
the ZIP drive just fine with netbsd.  I don't have DOS on this
machine, so I haven't tried it with DOS.  What I have not been able to
do is ever use a ZIP disk without putting a netbsd disklabel on it.
