Hello, I am hoping to install a little netbsd system on my 386. All I
want is a gateway. The problem I am having is that the installation
notes for 1.0 say that you must have 2 floppies, and I have none.

Is there anyway to do it without floppies. Any utils to drop the
stuff on the disk without a floppy. I have an amiga with an IDE
controller and netbsd running, could I use it to right the bootblocks
and kernal and all? I also will have a hp which I could use to nfs
install or somesuch. I know Jason Thorpe has been working on a nfs
install procedure for the hp300's (which I may use this weekend), is
there anything similar for the 386's? He also has a util which writes
all the pertinent info to a disk, making it bootable so you can put it
into your hp and go from there.

Am I in luck, or will I have to go find a couple floppies?

Thanks for any help

Bart Niswonger
