I have patched Stefans PCMCIA code (0.7.2) to run under the current
-current.  I also patched the ep driver to attach and detach cleanly like
the ed driver does.  If you would like my diffs, send me private email.  I
am using the 3c589 regularly and it works great.  My laptop is a Gateway
2000 Liberty.
