Allowing Windows 95 to change FAT to VFAT will almost certainly break your
ability to read those paritions under NetBSD. The chances of NetBSD being
modified to support VFAT will probably be nil unless VFAT is free of the
usual price-gouge policies relating to technical information about Microsoft
protocols and formats.
