Does anybody out there have some patches for the SB driver to make it
do 16 bit audio on an SB16? I need to do some testing that requires
16 bit sound (some Linux apps). I could look at the Voxware drivers to see
how they do it, but I'd rather not use code that sends numbers to ports of
which I don't know the meaning (I don't have any SB docs).
