My DC21x40 driver has been merged into NetBSD-current.  It supports the
DC21040 and DC21140 based PCI cards (SMC 8432 and DEC DE435 for instance).

(I have a slightly buggier version squirreled away which works on
NetBSD/i386 1.0A.)
