Am I the only one who thinks this is silly? Shouldn't it be either
"swap, dump" or "swaps, dumps"? And if the latter, maybe even "rooted"
too?

I know others do it the NetBSD way (StunOS for one), but this isn't
StunOS! It's even more confusing since the boot messages use "dump on",
not "dumps on", which makes the config usage seem even more
inconsistent. 

Would anyone object to "dump" as a synonym for "dumps" in config[.old]?
(and if so, why???)
