   Does the DEPCA work in machines w/more than 16MB of core?

The previous question (and answer) would indicate that the CPU is
mapping the memory from the board (rather than the other way around).
One would assume that an ISA card with 24 address bits is going to
place its memory somewhere in the 16MB region it knows about.  So why
would it not work?

In other words, I don't understand the question.
