To someone who has programming documentation on the Adaptec 1542 and
the Buslogic cards:

What order do they search the outgoing mailboxes in?  The later bt
cards have an `enable round robin' command; I presume this causes them
to search the mailboxes in a circular fashion, starting with one past
the last mailbox executed.

What is the algorithm for earlier bt cards, and for aha cards?


(I'm making some fairly extensive changes to both the generic and the
i386-specific SCSI code.)
