Greetings!

I have just discovered an anomaly within configuring a kernel:

If you are configuring a kernel with swap generic, you must include GENERIC.
If you are not, you must NOT include GENERIC, or else setconf() will blow
up when it tries to mount root after checking all the devices.

Should this go into the FAQ, or is something just broken?
