Does anyone have the information on how to ``program'' the cards without
jumpers on them?  The reason here is that, upon powerup and more than
likely any reboot, the card defaults to some odd irq and dma usage, which
I need to set back to irq 5 dma 1.

There is a DOS utility which does this, but I don't want to have to boot to
DOS or reverse engineer the executable if there is an easier way.  :)
