Not true. Either that or the Jornadas have a 32-bit slot :)

That is true. A month or so ago you couldn't even build a hpcsh kernel
with cardbus/ath support as it choked on cardbus. Has something changed
wrt this so far? I do have a couple of ath cards and a nada. I'll try
out a -current kernel and my ath cards later today, but don't expect
much.
