Great ! Thanks Uwe ! I've been thinking about tools from crosscompile
sources but I thought that nobody is using this and couldn't find a
word about why. So my conclusion was it must be impossible or there
must be some other problem. I thougth that with a bit of scripting it
would be possible to use it on pkgsrc - I'm really suprised how easy
is that:-) Onlamp.com proposed some time ago using NFS and swap over
NFS for compiling and many people like me for example trust this is
only one usable and best solution.

Could you put a link for pdf at your site, when I was looking for
informations about NetBSD hpc ports I found your site  quickly through
the google.com - it might be usefull for others also.
