I use a NE2000 clone from D-Link which works like a charm in both OSes 
without any additional drivers. For wireless I can recommend a D-Link 
DCF-660W (CF form factor, but comes with a PCMCIA adapter), no problems 
in NetBSD. And it needs much less power than the cards I used before. 
For WinCE you need extra drivers, though.
