Yes, I have the same problem. This happens on both my Mobilepro 880
and 790. I have no idea what it is.

I found that I have a little better luck when I use ctrl+alt+backspace
to exit X, but it still can have the problem.

The only solution is to ssh into the machine from another and reboot it.

Maybe we should open a pr...
