Been quiet lately....

I finally got 3.0 loaded on my Z50.

(1) Seems slower than 2.0. I/O through the PCMCIA adapters is much slower.

(2) Seeing more PCMCIA adapter errors -

      wi0: timeout in wi_seek to 3ac/8
      wi0: wi_tx_intr read fid 3ac failed

     "NIC memory corrupt" on ne0

     "data corrupt" on aic0

(3) Applications act weird once or twice. Then can not make the application misbehave again. Thinks like: keyboard focus going to the wrong window; Dillo web browser starting up with one pixel high fonts; dropping out of the Xhpc Xserver to a console login prompt with Xhpc still running!

Any suggestions as to where to look in the kernel to iron things out?

I've got some packages compiled for 3.0 posted here: http://webpages.charter.net/dbarnes3367/PC/Z50/
