I've just aquired a MP-C101; nice little TX3922 mini-notebook with 32MB
flash, 32MB RAM, and loads of ports. It's running an extremely Japanese
version of WinCE 2.01 that's largely incomprehensible, so I'd like to do
something a bit better with it, and NetBSD would seem to be the obvious
choice. (I'm actually a Linux person, but there isn't a Linux port.)

I note from the web site that the 101 is supported, but that the LCD doesn't
switch on when booting, and that's exactly what I'm seeing. I presume that
I'm supposed to use the serial port, right? Unfortunately, I don't have the
serial cable. Do I have any options at all (other than to learn Japanese)?
Does anyone know *why* the screen doesn't turn on?
