From what I have read on this list, it seems that Compact Flash memory
cards have a limited number of writes and do not last as long as a hard
drive. Is that correct? How long do memory cards last compared to a
Microdrive or PCMCIA hard drive? A Microdrive or PCMCIA hard drive has
a greater number of writes and a longer life in general but the
downside is that it takes a much heavier toll on battery life. Am I
correct is this understanding? I would like to clarify this in my head.
Thank you.
