A week or two ago I booted the NetBSD kernel successfully on an Compaq Aero
1550. Since there we're no record for that machine in pbsdboot I'm providing
info on what I found working.

640*480
type: d2_m2l_3
adress: a000000
bytes/line: 160
id 04104000 00810100

Since the screen size really is 320x240 it problary is possible to find more
perfect values than these. But at least they made the boot process readable.

I never did get any longer than booting the kernel because I didn't, and still
don't, have access to another machine running NetBSD.

Thanks for your great work!
