All 5.0V PCMCIA cards that other NetBSD ports support are supported on
the hpcmips port. Since NetBSD doesn't support 3.3V cards unless you
are using a CardBus bridge, and none of the hpcmips boxes have them,
you are a little out of luck for 3.3V support.
