Yes.

Yes. (provided drivers exist and work, of course)

> Can it use a 128/256MB compact flash card?

64mb works great; I can't imagine why 128/256 wouldn't work.

> Is the internal modem supported?

Not as far as I know.

> Is X windows usable?

X worked under Linux-VR before the project dried up. I haven't tried it 
under NetBSD yet.
