I have a Mobilepro 880 that I am very happy with. They're actually
fairly cheap (~$350) at this point, if you check ubid.

Hi,
I've tried the NEC MobilePro 770 and 780. They both have more memory
and faster processors than the 2010c. I have not tried running netbsd
on the 2010c, so I cannot comment on it. The 780 boots noticeably
faster than the 770. The NECs are more expensive, however I've noticed
that prices on eBay have come down in the past 2-3 months.
The keyboard on the NEC MobilePro 770, 780 (and 790) is much nicer than
the keyboard on the 2010c. If you will be using a console or xterm, you
will appreciate the difference.
