from what WinCE revision do they support autorun.inf (automatically
	start programs on insertion of reomvable storage media)?
	it is a very nice thing to have, if we have it with pbsdboot
	(or hpcboot) with no confirmation dialog - it will let us totally
	bypass WinCE window calibration and other dialogs.  you can even
	fastboot your WinCE device from remote!

	for devices I got, I see the following test results:
	- HP Jornada 690 (SH3 WinCE 3.01) - supports it, so we can autostart
	  hpcboot.exe
	- NEC MobileGear 530 (MIPS WinCE 2.x?) - does not support it
