One other observation...
What's the chance of getting some key combination to reboot the device?
Having to find a paperclip every time one halts can be inconvenient. :) Just
a thought...

Maybe "The operating system has halted; press any key to reboot" a la
port-i386? I don't know if the hardware supports this, though.
