This list is "port-hpcmips":  hpcmips and strongarm are
completely different CPU architectures.  I have not heard
of any effort to port NetBSD to the strongarm-based wince
boxes; if there has been any interest in doing so, looking 
through the archives of the port-arm32 mailing list 
(http://mail-index.netbsd.org/port-arm32/) should reveal it.
