I no longer get "TLB out of universe" panics on my Clio booting from
SCSI, but I still get "lockmgr: no context". This time fsck works fine
and it (usually but not always) panics after printing 'Updating
motd.' The command "sed '1, /^$/d'" causes it to panic.
