It's the C-1000 and panic "TLB out of universe". The traceback gives:
trap+370 (40e821,3c1c8012,ffffffff,0) ra 2462ffe8 sz 72
PC 0x2462ffe8: not in kernel space
_DYNAMIC_LINK+2462ffe8 (40e821,3c1c8012,ffffffff,0) ra 0 sz 0
User-level: curproc NULL

When I suped and built a kernel today, it worked the first time (fsck
and all). When I tried booting again from the same kernel, it got the
panic. I typed t and got the above traceback, then typed reboot and got:
cpu_reboot...
db_reboot_cmd...
db_command...
db_command_loop...
db_trap...
kdb_trap...
trap...
mips3_exceptionEnd...
User-level: curproc NULL
syncing disks.. panic: lockmgr: no context

I then typed machine halt which showed the above (exept for the last line)
and halted. I reset and booted again from the same kernel, this time with
a serial console :). This time I got a "panic: lockmgr: no context" at
fsck:
Automatic boot in progress: starting file system checks.

halted.

I then force fscked the disk from my PC and tried again and got the "TLB
out of universe" panic again (I'm interpreting this to mean "Don't use
reboot if you get a disk related panic"). The full log from that boot is:
