Has anyone tried to connect a serial mouse in Jornada through that port in the 
   back?
   That would solve the problems related to stylus limitations...

Yes, I'v done that.  You will need to have a kernel with wscons / wskbd
support and you will have to use moused.  You will need to rebuild moused
with compile options that will force the signed-char behavior to be the
opposite of what it normally is on the Jornada, but other then that, it
works fine.  This problem appears, mostly, because moused contains bits of
[what appears to be] Xfree code and that code seems to have assumptions
about signed-char behavior.
