Dear BSDers,

There is some changes and cleanup to the keyboard raw mode patch I post
several weeks ago. This patch no longer requires to manually copy
pckbd_encode.c from another directory, and removes some debug codes.
The keymap file is also updated to support most keysyms I recognize with
help of some useful documents about Japanese keyboard from the web.

For the interested ones, please retrieve the patch and keymap file from
