Happens too on my Jornada 728.  I just take all batteries out for 10
seconds and then put them back in again whenever I reboot.  Luckily,
that's not very often.  Yes, it's a pain.

This doesn't seem to be a NetBSD problem, as it happens if I reset the
Jornada in wince.
