Have you opened it up yet ?

I would expect it to have a graphics controller if it is driving an
SVGA display.

It will also have either a SA1111 or something like the Philips
ISP116[01] for the USB host controller.

It will be easier to use hpcboot.exe and boot from CE than port to
the raw hardware.
