I was expecting that kernel changes would be needed, but I don't think
hpcboot is even loading the kernel...

Does anyone have instructions on how to recompile hpcboot? The
instructions in sys/arch/hpc/stand/README don't work for me; it looks
like it's trying to pull in header files from an installed NetBSD
source tree, for example, it's #including files from the <machine>
directory, which doesn't exist in the source tree--it's a symlink on
an installed system. Do I need to actually extract an hpcarm comp.tgz
set to my Windows machine to compile hpcboot?
