I've put a SA1100/1101 system to sleep (and woken it up!)
(But not running bsd or linux)

The main difficulty is ensuring the hardware device drivers
and not in the middle of anything (was easy 'cos I wrote
them all), and making sure enough re-initialisaion happens....
