Greg,
My unit is an 820 and not a 720. I have had a hard time finding info on
these.

I have compiled a kernel and tried booting using a boot loader. From a
serial terminal I see the kernel uncompress, the LCD gets filled with
garbage, then I get the Loading Kernel message on the terminal, then it
locks up.

I would like to have familar running on this box, but might purchase a 720
if I can get a ROM card for it.

Let me know the details, or any info you might have on the 820. I have been
following the Linux Arm mailing list for a while now, but Jornada info does
not popup often.
