(U)LLONG_(MAX|MIN) defines oddity

Hi,

As NetBSD/hp700 is now apparently able to run without
corrupting it's own disk on a B180L, I've been trying
out pkgsrc.

Building devel/libidn:

conftest.c:64: error: 'quad_t' undeclared (first use in this function)

This seems to stem from the way LLONG_MAX is defined.

Anyway, compare
