NetBSD/hp700 is still experimental. There is at least one bug that leads
to corrupted DMA transfers. Usually this comes up when SCSI is used.
(The "can't boot from disk" problem...)

I'll have a look at your keyboard problems at least. I plan to add HIL
keyboard and mouse support in the near future and when I am there...
