	I've (finally) linked to this from the main www.netbsd.org page.
	I've created a pretty much empty Ports/hp700/index.html so the
	internal mailing list -> homepage link works, then it links to
	Feico's real site.

	I've left it in 'Suggested ports' for now - I'll probably shift it
	up to 'not yet integrated ports' when something is close to
	booting :)
