Seems to work fine on my 362 with serial console.  Alas, there's no 
support for the built-in framebuffer on the 362 and 382, and I need the 
single DIO-I slot for ethernet.  Unless someone out there has a spare 
add-on board for external ethernet/SCSI/HPIB?
